We'd rather turn you down than take your money.
That's not humility, it's self-interest. We carry the risk on this guarantee, so a client who can't win under it costs us both. The flip side is that when we do say yes, it's because we've already done the arithmetic and think you'll win.
This tends to work
- You do kitchens and bathrooms. Specialisation is what makes the ads and the criteria specific enough to work.
- You have a real Ontario service area. Dense enough to have homeowners, tight enough that you'll drive it.
- Your backlog is short or uncertain. Or capacity is opening up and you'd rather get ahead of it than react to it.
- You know your minimum project. If you can say it out loud, we can enforce it.
- You can fund ninety days comfortably. Not by stretching. Not by hoping.
- You answer the phone and show up. The single biggest predictor of how this goes.
- You have something to show. Photos, reviews, credentials.
This is the wrong purchase
- You need cash in two weeks. This is a ninety-day test, not an emergency measure.
- You're booked solid. A homeowner you can't get to is worse than one you never met.
- You'll take any job, anywhere. With no minimum and no area, "qualified" means nothing.
- You can't reliably answer or attend. No amount of reminders fixes that.
- Your real bottleneck is closing. More quotes multiplies that problem instead of fixing it.
- You want guaranteed jobs. Anyone selling that is selling something they don't control.
- Every past loss was "bad leads." Then there's nothing for us to diagnose together.
We start with your numbers.
We won't show you a case study with someone else's margins and imply it's yours. Bring your close rate and your contribution per job, even roughly, and we'll build the case from there. Most remodelers find this is the first time anyone selling them marketing has asked.
What we work out together
- Quotes you attended in the last ninety days, and how many sold
- Your close rate on an attended quote, the real one rather than the good month
- Your contribution per sold job. Not the invoice, but what's left after materials, labour and subs
- What ten more attended quotes convert to at that rate
- The full ninety-day outlay against that contribution
- Your realistic expected profit from our guarantee, minus your expenses
One more thing.
BookedQuotes is early. No stock photos of a team we don't have, no wall of logos that doesn't exist.
Plainly: you'd be an early client, and the guarantee is how we carry that risk instead of you. We have no Ontario case studies, because we'd rather show none than borrow someone else's. What we have is a workflow you can inspect end to end, terms written before you sign, a system you can log into, and a refund that costs us if we're wrong.
There's a real advantage in it for you too. Early clients get the founder on the phone rather than a junior, get criteria tuned around their business instead of a template, and get a company whose entire reputation depends on their quarter going well.
Some contractors will read that and close the tab. That's reasonable. Others prefer being a client a company can't afford to fail, working directly with the person who owns the outcome.
Find out in one call whether this is wrong for you.
We'll walk your last twenty enquiries, do the maths, and give you a straight answer. If it's no, you get the reasoning and nothing else: no sequence, no follow-up campaign. If it's yes, you'll know exactly why.
