We guarantee 10 quotes that actually happen within 90 days or you don't pay.
Not leads. Not form fills. Ten homeowners with a real project, a real budget and a real address, in the room with you.
We refund our fee, not your ad spend. That money goes to Meta, not us, so we can't give it back. You can stop any month you like; the guarantee just needs the full ninety days to be earned. Full terms
A lead is not a quote appointment.
Between tapping an ad and walking you through their kitchen, there are a dozen quiet places it dies. They don't answer. They open the booking link and close it. They're forty minutes outside your map. They want a $6,000 refresh and you build $60,000 kitchens.
Most marketing hands you the click and calls it a lead. A lead has never bought a kitchen.
So the appointment is what we sell.
One of these is probably true.
The gap.
A job wraps, the next hasn't started, one dead week becomes three. The crew still gets paid. Referrals aren't a schedule.
One of five.
You buy the lead. So did four other guys. You call inside the hour and it's already handled. You pay either way.
Two hours of measuring.
You drove out, measured, wrote the quote on your own time. They wanted a number to wave at their brother-in-law.
Marketers, daily.
The calls, the DMs, the sun and the moon. Most can't tell you what a qualified kitchen appointment even is.
What "10 quotes" means.
Exactly this, every time. It's the spec we're held to.
Each one is a homeowner who:
- owns the property, inside the service area you set
- wants a specific kitchen or bathroom, not "some work sometime"
- gave us scope and budget before reaching your calendar
- has the person who signs off involved
- picked the time themselves
- was confirmed and reminded twice
- and was there when you arrived
Seven steps. Five are ours.
-
Meta ads
Kitchen and bath campaigns for your area and your price bracket. We write, run and test them.
Us -
Capture, qualify, self-book
One page asks the uncomfortable questions about scope, budget, timing and address, then puts whoever passes straight onto your calendar.
Us -
SMS recovery
Most people don't book on the first pass. They're distracted, not uninterested. We text until they book or say no.
Us -
Confirm and remind
Homeowner and you, before the call. Nobody's relying on memory.
Us -
Your qualification call
You hear the project in their words and decide if it's worth the truck. If it isn't, don't book it. It won't count against you.
You -
Confirm and remind, again
Both sides, right up to the site visit. This is the step everyone skips, and where appointments evaporate.
Us -
The quote happens
You arrive. They're home. They know why you're there and roughly what it costs.
You
All in one place.
Every enquiry, text, booking and appointment sits in a CRM with the calendar wired in. You have a login. You're never guessing what we did with your money this week.
You don't become a marketer.
We handle
- Building, buying and managing the Meta campaigns
- Every ad, headline and image, written and tested
- The capture and qualification page
- Your qualification criteria, enforced
- The booking calendar
- SMS recovery on non-bookers
- Confirmations and reminders, both appointments
- The CRM and stage-by-stage reporting
You handle
- Answering the calls we book
- Keeping real capacity on your calendar
- Turning up to the quotes you accepted
- Funding the ad budget, in your own account
- Telling us which appointments were good
That last one matters. We can't fix a rule we don't know is wrong.
Ninety days is the whole test.
Not a twelve-month brand build. Not "give it time." One quarter, one number.
At the end you either have ten attended quotes and a decision to make about scale, or your fee back and a stage-by-stage map of where it broke.
Ninety days also happens to be roughly when this gets good. The first weeks buy data; the back half spends it. Campaigns that survive a full quarter of testing are usually cheaper per appointment than the ones that started it.
What won't happen is a year of invoices and a shrug.
Ten qualified kitchen or bathroom quote appointments, attended, within ninety days. If we miss, we refund our service fee for all ninety days.
- Ad spend isn't refundable. It goes from your account to Meta. We never touch it.
- There are conditions on your side. Answer the calls, keep capacity, attend what you accept.
- You have to show up too. Answering the calls and attending the quotes you accepted is the part only you can do. There's reasonable give built in, agreed in writing before you sign.
- Every term is defined before you sign. Qualified, attended, reschedule, no-show, exclusive.
- You are not locked in. Stop whenever you want. The guarantee is simply something you earn by running the full ninety days.
We'd rather turn you down.
A guarantee only works if we're honest about who it works for. When the fit is right, this is the most predictable pipeline most remodelers have had.
Works when
- You specialise in kitchens and bathrooms
- You have a defined Ontario service area
- Your backlog is short or thinning
- You can fund a ninety-day test comfortably
- You pick up the phone and show up
Wrong when
- You need cash in two weeks
- You're booked solid
- You'll take any job, any size, anywhere
- The ad budget would hurt if it produced nothing
- You want guaranteed sold jobs
What you're already thinking.
Is this just another lead-gen pitch?
Don't take our word for it. Inspect it. On a call we'll open the actual qualification form, calendar, message sequences, CRM and contract, before you decide anything. Very few people in this category will show you the machine before you buy it.
I've tried Facebook ads. The leads were junk.
Sometimes they are. Sometimes the traffic was fine and the enquiry died afterwards, with no callback for six hours, no qualification, no booking step and no confirmation. That version is fixable.
We won't tell you your leads were never the problem. We'll walk your last twenty enquiries and find where they actually stopped. If it's closing rather than booking, this is the wrong purchase.
Are these shared with other contractors?
No. Your enquiries are yours alone, defined in the agreement rather than used as a marketing adjective. Nobody else is calling the homeowner you paid to reach.
Am I locked in?
No. You can stop whenever you want, and the notice period is short and written down.
The only thing tied to ninety days is the guarantee itself. We can't promise a ninety-day result on thirty days of work, so leaving early simply means you don't qualify for the refund. Nothing else changes, and nothing holds your account or data hostage.
I'm not a salesman.
You don't need to be. Our job ends when a qualified homeowner is in the room at the time they chose. From there it's a conversation about their kitchen with someone who already told us their budget.
The next ninety days get booked either way.
One call. We'll walk your last twenty enquiries and tell you whether this is worth doing. If the numbers don't work, we'll say so.
