The promise, and every string attached to it.
A guarantee with vague words in it is a future argument. So here's the whole thing, and you'll read all of it before you pay us anything.
Ten qualified kitchen or bathroom quote appointments, attended, within ninety days of your campaigns going live. If we don't get there, we refund our service fee for the entire ninety days.
Not ten leads. Not ten "opportunities." Ten homeowners who met your criteria and were there when you arrived.
If we generate and book an appointment inside the ninety days and the visit itself lands after day ninety, it still counts toward your ten. We're not going to lose you a qualified homeowner because of a calendar technicality, and you're not going to lose a refund because one booking sat on the far side of a date.
Why ninety days, and not thirty.
Two honest reasons, and neither is that we want your money for longer.
A kitchen is a slow decision. Homeowners rarely go from seeing an ad to letting a contractor walk through their house in the same week. They talk to a partner. They wait for a bonus, a season, a school term. A window shorter than a quarter would measure how fast people click, not how many of them end up standing in their kitchen with you.
Ads get better with data, and data takes time. The first few weeks buy information: which rooms, which neighbourhoods, which images, which questions people quit on. The back half of the quarter spends that information. Campaigns that survive a full ninety days of testing are usually cheaper per appointment than the ones that started it, which is why we would rather be judged at day ninety than day thirty.
A shorter guarantee would be easier to sell and much less honest.
What we refund, and what we don't.
"Or you don't pay" has been abused enough in this industry that we won't leave it standing alone.
- Refunded if we miss: our service fee, all ninety days. Not a credit. Not a free month. Money back.
- Never refunded: your ad spend. It's paid to Meta from your own account. We never receive it.
So your real exposure is the ad budget. Decide whether you're comfortable with that before anything else. It is a bounded number you agree in advance, not an open tab.
The service fee and minimum ad budget are covered on the call, with the reasoning for both. We don't publish them because the right answer depends on your area and project size. You'll have both numbers early in the conversation, before anyone has spent an hour selling you anything.
Every word that could be argued about later.
Agreed in writing before launch, not invented afterwards by whoever needs it most.
| Term | What it means |
|---|---|
| Qualified | Meets every criterion set with you before launch: property in your service area; they own it or decide for it; a kitchen or bathroom at or above your minimum scope; budget at or above your floor; timing inside your window; contact details valid and reachable. |
| Quote appointment | A scheduled consultation for a specific project, normally on site, or virtual where you've agreed to accept that. |
| Attended | You arrived at the scheduled time and the homeowner was present and engaged. Evidenced by the timestamped CRM record, confirmed by you. The date of the visit doesn't matter, only that the appointment was generated inside the ninety days. |
| Exclusive | Every enquiry from your campaigns is yours alone. Never sold, shared or routed to another client, including another BookedQuotes client. |
| Reschedule | Moved by either party, as often as the homeowner needs. A rescheduled appointment still counts once it's attended, including when the new date falls after day ninety. |
| Homeowner no-show | Doesn't count toward the ten, and we keep working at no extra cost to you. Our risk, which is why the reminder sequences exist. |
| Contractor no-show | Failed because you didn't attend, didn't respond, or cancelled without notice. Counts as delivered, within the reasonable allowance agreed in your contract. |
| Declined by you | A qualified booking you chose not to take forward after the call. Doesn't count. You're never obliged to quote anyone. |
| The ninety days | Ninety consecutive days from the day campaigns go live, not the day you sign. Setup doesn't eat your window. Appointments booked inside it count toward the ten even if the visit happens afterwards. |
What the guarantee requires from you.
Not fine print designed to void the promise. The real minimum for it to work at all.
Fund the ad budget
The agreed minimum, for the full ninety days. If the budget stops, the guarantee stops. It's a fixed number you know before you start.
Respond quickly
Answer the calls we book, inside the agreed window. A homeowner ready on Tuesday is often gone by Friday. This one is cheap for you and worth more than anything else on this page.
Keep real availability
Genuine bookable slots for calls and site visits. We can't book time you didn't open.
Attend what you accept
Turn up. If you can't, say so with enough notice that we can move it rather than lose it. Rescheduling is fine and costs you nothing.
Use the system
Keep outcomes updated: attended, not attended, declined, sold. It's how the ten gets counted, and it takes seconds.
Tell us the truth
If the appointments aren't good, say so early. Criteria can be tightened; a lost quarter can't be recovered.
What it can't survive is a pattern. If calls we booked go unanswered or accepted visits are repeatedly missed, we haven't been given the chance to deliver and the refund doesn't apply. The exact allowance is set with you and written into the agreement before you sign, so it's a number you agreed to rather than a judgement call we make at day ninety.
You are not locked in for ninety days.
This gets confused often enough to be worth stating on its own.
- You can stop whenever you want. Short notice period, written down, no exit fee and no penalty for leaving.
- Your assets stay yours. The ad account, the spend, the enquiry data and the CRM records go with you.
- Only the guarantee needs the full ninety days. It's something you earn by running the test to the end, not a sentence you serve. We can't honestly promise a ninety-day outcome on thirty days of work, so leaving early simply means the refund doesn't apply.
In other words: the commitment is ours, not yours. You're free to walk at any point, and we're the ones carrying a refund if we don't deliver.
How the refund happens.
-
The count is already visible
Nothing to prove or reconstruct. Every appointment and outcome is timestamped in the CRM you've had access to all along. On day ninety the number is what it is.
-
We review it together
Stage by stage: spend, enquiries, qualified, booked, confirmed, attended. Any dispute is settled by the record and the agreed definitions.
-
The fee comes back
Under ten and you met your conditions, we refund the service fee for all ninety days. You keep the campaign data and everything we learned about your funnel.
Read the actual agreement before you decide.
Not a summary. The document, with your thresholds filled in, and time to ask about any clause. If any of it reads like it protects us at your expense, say so and we'll talk about it.
