What we collect, and what we do with it.
Short, because we collect very little. A policy that needs ten screens is usually describing something you wouldn't agree to if it were written plainly.

What we collect
Whatever you type into the contact form: name, company, email, phone, service area, type of work, and the optional fields. Plus the page you submitted from.
That's it. No analytics, no advertising pixels, no tracking cookies. We don't know you were here unless you contact us.
Why we collect it
To reply to you, and to have a sensible conversation about whether we fit your business. Nothing else.
Who else touches it
- Web3Forms processes the contact form submission and delivers it to our inbox, on our behalf and not for their own purposes.
- Cloudflare processes email forwarding for the bookedquotes.com domain, so a message sent to our address passes through their routing on its way to the inbox we read.
- Our email provider stores the message once it arrives, like any other email.
- Vercel hosts the site and keeps standard server logs, including IP addresses, as any host does.
We never sell, rent, trade or share your information, and a contact form submission never puts you on a marketing list. Say you don't want to hear from us and that's the end of it.
Cookies
None. This site sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser.
How long we keep it
While there's a live conversation, and a reasonable period after in case you come back. Ask us to delete it and we will.
Your rights
Under Canadian privacy law, including PIPEDA, you can ask what we hold, get a copy, correct it, or have it deleted. Email anthony@bookedquotes.com and we'll handle it. No portal, no ticket number.
Security
Served over HTTPS, submissions encrypted in transit. No site can promise perfect security and we won't claim it. We keep the number of places your information sits as small as possible, which is the part that actually matters.
Changes
If this changes, the date at the top changes with it.
